Loan Processing

Transaction coordinators manage inspections, receipt and review of required documentation, and monitor critical deadlines to close on-time.

Core Activities:

• Project processing and vendor coordination tasks
• Maintain master calendar of required deliverables and accountable provider
• Order and coordinate inspections
• Assemble and standardize final statement of work
• Issue statement of work to appraiser via lender AMC
• Centralize contractor’s bid form, cost breakdown, and builder’s statement
• Test budget adequacy
• Evaluate contractor eligibility
• Produce required supplemental underwriting documents and loan budgets
