Our 45 day Timeline

Days 1-10:

Contract signed and received by RenovationReady™
Property screening scheduled and completed
Minimum repairs document created and issued to borrower and lender

Days 11-20:

Preliminary costs determined
Borrower selects contractor and contractor background check
Inital "new" property valuation determined
Contractor and HUD consultant meeting

Days 21-30:

Final project documentation is completed and appraisal received
Lender sent all documentation needed for closing phase

Days 31-45:

Lender underwriting and closing
