RenovationReady™ helps real estate professionals and buyers with the needed skill set to evaluate and make purchasing decisions on distressed properties. Through our turn-key model of inspect, qualify, and certify, RenovationReady™ ensures that each properties unique needs are addressed, the best loan for that home is provided, and the repair process is completed. RenovationReady™ is a joint venture between Granite Companies and Chadron Group, LLC. These companies and their principals have shared experience in managing the nation’s largest consumer construction and home improvement platforms for lenders, banks, and government agencies. To date, RenovationReady™ has executed service contracts with a select group of lenders and operates in Los Angeles, Denver, and Phoenix.

Granite Loan Management

Granite Loan Management (“GLM”), founded in 1993, is a leading risk mitigation company managing construction loan portfolios for financial institutions and regulatory agencies. GLM provides the construction operations center, eliminating the need for clients to build and maintain expensive infrastructure.

GLM was originally formed during the S&L crisis of the early 90’s to assist financial institutions with distressed collateral and developed a seven-point risk mitigation system to reduce or eliminate additional elements of construction risk.

Chadron Group, LLC

Chadron Group LLC has a focused strategy on specialty mortgage banking products and processes. The company provides advisory services, management consulting, and new product implementation for mortgage bankers, banks, and consumer financial service firms. Chadron's team has extensive experience in web-based marketing, lead generation, scaled field services, and remote loan processing.

Chadron was founded by former bank executives with decades of experience managing national, consumer-oriented residential construction and renovation lending business. The principals have managed over $15 billion in retail, wholesale and correspondent consumer construction and renovation loan volume.
